We do not include certain products under our Return Policy unless they are faulty. These products include tailor-made orders and storage discs.
In some cases, you may not be eligible for a refund and replacement if you:

2. Misuse of the product due to the disagreeing with the user instructions or packaging label
3. Just don’t want to get the product without any reasonable reason
